suddenly i feel super super OLD. lets talk about it in the CCA way.
sec 3s, 1 batch above me only, are running for exco/com le. then we are like doing that next yr. plus this yr we are going ot be understudies or something. its like SUPER SUPER FAST. all the sec 1s look super blur and all that and i just cant imagine we were liddat LAST YEAR. it seems so far away.
in sec 1, we think: when the hell are we going to get out of thie sch. 4 more years.
in primary 5 we think, 1 more yr to get out.
in primary 6, we feel VERY VERY SORRY to go.haiz. time really FLIES. as cliche as it sounds, its true. suddenly i feel super spuer JEALOUS of the sec 1s. they have FOUR more years. we have 2 left.
then we are going to uni in 4 yrs. and working in 8 or 9 years. when most of us either:
(1) have unrealistic dreams
(2) have realistic dreams but we arent working for it
(3) have no idea what we are going to do AT ALL (me)
so its fast. super damn FAST.

today we had this brainstorming for fan fang ideas for debate thing. to help our class think of what the opposite team will say.dai gou - generation gap.we have to say that its mostly the kids fault.its like i feel super super GUILTY after that. but put yourselves in the shoes of the adults - namly YOUR PARENTS.they dont have an instruction manual on how to raise kids. how to raise US. they may work super doubly triply hard but maybe they dont get recognized.plus the society they grew up in is different from the one we are living in now. theyt have to adapt and learn new skills like InfoTech ( IT ) just to work.many of us may say that they are super lucky. everyday sit infront of the comp and, you know, can surf the web and all that. but you have to know that the world doesnt resemable YOU. what you like may not be their piece of cake.
some may say that some adults also like using the comp and all that but seriously, our parents (mainly our sch) dont have it easy at work. their boss may scold them even if its not their fault. and all that. they have HUGE RESPONSIBILITIES. its not easy.
and we are getting more and more materialistic. just go surfing around blogs. in the WISHLISTS, you see tablet pc, ipods, shoes, clothes, earrings blablabla and occasionally guys and all that. its not like its the end of the world if you dont have those things. try to understand that money doesnt come easy and they work HARD to get things for you. they hide their disgust at times when they know its gonna hurt your "self-esteem" and launch you into "depression". cmon face it. we always say we are NICE, SMART blablabla and deep down we all wanna be "chio" and all that but its all attention isnt it? the REAL depression doesnt work liddat. people dont broadcast that they have depression if they REALLY get it. its absurd. you just wanna blend in dont you. since everyone says that they have "depression" blablabla. its is NOT COOL to have "depression", real or not. and its NOT COOL to cut yourself. its ABSURD.
you have a control over your life. HOLLYWOOD isnt the world and universe. THINK before you absorb EVERYTHING hollywood stars do like a SPONGE. be sensible. which is what most people are lacking these days. pls for goodness sake THINK.
so the next time you want to have something that your parents dont wanna buy/get for you or you think your parents treat you unfairly, just think of what they are going thru and be thankful that you dont have to face that or 8 yrs or so. dont scowl at your parents like they owe you a living or something. you wont even be whr you are without them.

mum, dad: if you happen to come to my blog and see this, i just wanna say THANKYOU and that i WILL change for the better. i will work for piano, sch and on my behaviour.and i appear to not listen to you and all that NOT because i want to be rebellious. thankyou for all that you have done. and the fact that i am whr i am now really couldnt be true without your support and care, no matter how small and insignificant the gesture is, i appreciate it. sorry for all the hurt and pain i have caused you. the money i have spent without thinking. and the money that you have spent on me.

I have this friend of mine who's mum recovered from cancer. its like she was working in the electronic field. during the time she had cancer, she got up everyday and cooked for he's bro who is 4. then the rest of the family will eat downstairs. the chemo and all the treatments are very taxing, as we all know, but she still relentlessly cared for her children without thought. now she's teaching in her younger son's kindergarten. which is not that tiring but still quite bad. considering that she just recovered for less than 1 yr. its called a mum's love. xP. happy father's day to all. even though this is about a mum but it appiles to both female and male counterparts.

i was looking through the movie screening times and lal that when i discovered something. some of us envy people who appear to have all the luck and everything in the world. what has that got to do with a movie? JUST MY LUCK.

its like lindsay lohan appears to have all the luck in the world. the thing is that celebs and high profile people with fame and fortune and all that jazz, are not so lucky after all. we, normal folks, are the luckiest people of all. we dont have to hide our life. we get along with our lives basically smoothly besides a few bumps like bad grades, bad hair days. and all that. a few failures, nothing new. look at celebs. all their media attention is unnerving even if you have been in the entertainment ring for a long time. like madonna. you do everything to just play the media game correctly.

we have all the luck in the world cause we dont have to care about how people feel towards us, at least not the public and all that. we get to make friends and STICK with them, not drop them a day later for MEDIA. we get to see our family the most.

my parents once told me :
"you can grow up to hate us forever and try as hard as possible from your memories, but we just want to see you well and have a good future."

okay. its not the mushy blablabla part. its the part when they really care. take for instance paris hilton and the richie girl. they were "best friends" but infact, they jsut live off each other to get more fame and all that. its like SCIENCE. it feeds on itself. science answers questions but also creates questions form those answers. its like a maggot. it feeds on itself.

people like george bush and such. they dont exactly have the best job in the world cause everything they say is analysed by thousands world wide. politics, entertainment is lal about playing the media game right.

so conclusion: we have the best lives that one could ever wish for. the material things like iPods, notebooks, clothes, makeup and even looks are not as impt as who you really are and all the love we get. whether you know it or not.

sigh...so sian now. its just like no one's online in msn and finishing fighting my html coding to get it to work. I DO NOT LIKE THE COLOUR PINK. IT IS JUST THAT I LIKE THE DESIGN OF THE SKIN. lol. had to change a tagboard. and im happy to announce that my blog is up and running. xD. lol.
